After logging into the Web Client Management System, clients are welcomed by the default screen which shows all tickets pertaining any and all of the projects that Smart Click is working on, has worked on or will be working on for the client.

From this screen, clients can view the ticket details for a specific project, or they can upload related files, send messages to staff, read messages sent by staff, download related files and view project updates. They get access to all resources and projects through one integrated system.

Online Collaboration

  • Clients can submit request for ticket via email from their registered email address with Smart Click, and it automatically gets in the system for approval of Client Manager to start working.
  • Client can also log in to Webclient to submit their Ticket Request by just entering their website, subject and requirements in the request.
  • Whenever a ticket request is submitted, clients also receive a email notification of the request submission and clients also receive a email notification when request is accepted by Client Manager and that request is added in development process.
  • This whole system enables the clients to send over their new project requests, add on requests and concerns in real quick manner and they don't have to wait to get hold of the client manager and this also increases the level of communication as clients are also able to attach file attachments (screeshots, design files, content files etc.) with their requests

Client transparency

Our Clients get full transparency of the project. Web Client gives you an option to communicate directly with the programmer. You can send direct messages, directions, and updates to the programmer without any inter-mediator. Moreover you can view daily progress report of the project with development links.



Time Audit Client can check daily how much time is being spent on his project. Client can also view the average number of hours per days and project completion date projection.



Appointment Request System Clients have access to send the Appointment Request for Project Requirement Discussion and Project Walkthrough. After approval from Staff Manager, clients receive a email confirmation of the appointment and client manager is available for client on the scheduled time.



Project Notifications

A client always remains knowledgeable about the status of his request to the progress of project. Client will receive email notifications for every activity of his related ticket or project. Also client will get notifications on daily basis whenever any designer and developer upload Development link, Project document, Ticket notes, Ticket updates, Messages or even his ticket gets approved or scheduled for next phase.
